SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective August 27, 2026

These terms apply to the Creekside Co-op SMS program. By checking an optional SMS consent box on the Creekside Co-op registration form, you agree to receive the messages described beside that box at the mobile number you provide.

Available message types

• Registration messages: private arrival details, schedule or weather changes, and a day-before gathering reminder.
• Weekly reminders: optional notices that registration is available for an upcoming Creekside Co-op gathering.

Consent

Each SMS choice is optional, separate, and unchecked by default. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of registering for or participating in a Creekside Co-op gathering. You must be the mobile account holder or have permission from the account holder to enroll that number.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies, up to two messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is responsible for any charges under your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any Creekside Co-op message to stop future texts. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help or email julie@creeksidecoopbozeman.com. If you opt out and later wish to re-enroll, submit a new consent choice through the website.

Privacy

Your mobile number and SMS consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Please review our Privacy Policy for complete details.

Changes

Creekside Co-op may update these terms when the messaging program changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
